Project Overview:
The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) launched an ambitious campaign to transform the historic Albuquerque Indian School campus into a thriving hub for cultural and economic development. With guidance from Holmes, Radford & Reynolds, the “It All Starts Here” campaign set out to create a first-of-its-kind Entrepreneur Complex—a resource-rich center designed to support Native and local entrepreneurs, beginning with those in the food and agriculture industries.
Guided by Pueblo culture and values, the vision for the Complex includes providing access to vital space, technology, and mentorship. HRR supported the campaign strategy and community engagement, helping IPCC expand its reach, secure resources, and build lasting partnerships to make this transformative vision a reality.
Jazz St. Louis | St. Louis, MO
A new home for jazz – transforming a venue into a world-class listening room.
Project Overview:
Experiencing rapid growth, Jazz St. Louis needed a major upgrade to its aging Grand Center facility. Holmes, Radford & Reynolds conducted a feasibility study to explore renovation goals, including expanded educational space, administrative co-location, and a jazz museum.
HRR’s analysis revealed limited support for a museum, which risked diverting focus from the organization’s mission. Instead, HRR recommended refining the vision and expanding educational programming.
The result is a renowned national venue with superior acoustics, top-tier performers, and innovative programming that’s inspiring a new generation of jazz artists and audiences.
Access Psychology Foundation | White Plains, NY
Building a nonprofit from the ground up to expand mental health access.
Project Overview:
When the founders of Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants decided to give back by launching a nonprofit focused on equitable access to mental health care, they turned to Community Value Alliance. CVA guided the creation of Access Psychology Foundation from day one—providing expertise in board development, nonprofit incorporation, HR policies, staffing, and strategic planning.
CVA helped secure IRS nonprofit status, built out the foundational governance documents, and led a successful executive director search. Project Overview:
Mission Realty Advisors led the redevelopment of a 90,000 sq. ft. abandoned shopping center to create R&R Marketplace – a vibrant community hub offering early childhood education, workforce development, entrepreneurship support, banking services, a pharmacy, and an addiction recovery center. Working alongside Pastors Ken and Beverly Jenkins, MRA played a key leadership role from vision to execution, addressing service gaps and equity challenges in the Dellwood and Ferguson communities.

FamilyForward’s new facility supports children and families with expanded therapeutic services.
Project Overview:
To help better serve vulnerable children and families, FamilyForward partnered with Mission Realty Advisors to relocate and expand one of its key service sites. MRA oversaw the entire process – from due diligence and acquisition to design, construction, vendor management, and budgeting. The result is a thoughtfully built facility supporting FamilyForward’s trauma-informed, therapeutic, and educational programs for biological, foster, and adoptive families across the St. Louis region.
